Hong Kong Eastern Long Lions (D1) landed 23-year old American point guard Trey Kell (193-95kg-96, college: San Diego State, agency: Slash Sports). He played most recently at Moncton Magic in Canadian NBL. In 25 NBL Canada games he was third best scorer with impressive 22.4ppg and recorded 7.8rpg, 4.8apg and 1.8spg (in top 3) last season. It was a very successful year in his career as he was awarded USBasket.com All-NBL Canada Finals MVP and selected to 2nd Team.
Kell attended San Diego State until 2018 and it will be his second season in pro basketball.
